"Just Yoga" Workshops:

These workshops are a chance to slow down, take our time, and explore some of our yoga practices in more depth. The sessions include yoga postures, breathing and meditation practices, and an extended deep relaxation practice.

Sessions last 2 hours to give us time to delve a little deeper into our practice and enjoy even more of the benefits!

Yoga and Sound Bath Workshops

These workshops are lovely combination sessions! Firstly we enjoy a yoga session including yoga postures, breathing and meditation practices, and an mini relaxation practice.

Following a little comfort break, the extremely lovely Alison from Alison's Holistic Bubble then leads us in a sound bath. In Alison's words:

"A Sound Bath will not only bring you deep relaxation, it will aid emotional, physical and spiritual healing, due to the effect sound waves have on our bodies. You just lie back relax and enjoy the sound for 1 amazing hour!"

Yoga and Mindful Crafts Workshops:

These sessions combine a Relaxing Hatha Yoga session, with a Mindful Crafting session, led by the lovely Leona from Mindful Makers. Will will also take time to have a cuppa and a bit of cake along with our crafting!
