£7 per class
Payable in half term blocks eg 6 weeks for £42 - if you book part way through a block you will only be charged for the remaining weeks

Block booking: Missed classes cannot be refunded or carried over to another course. You may be able to swap to another class for that week - Please just ask me if there's space first.
PAYG: Missed classes will only be refunded if cancelled more than 48hrs before the class. You can do this via the "Manage Booking" link in your confirmation email. You can also transfer your individual class ticket to an alternative class.

Classes last 1hr 20min, are suitable for beginners, and include:
Centreing, Deep Breathing practices to settle into your yoga practice
Exploration using a 'word of the week' to inspire your practice and deepen your experience, often incorporating topics from yogic philosophy
Exercises and Postures (Asana) to relax, stretch and tone the body
Breathing Exercises (Pranayama/'Breathwork') to increase breath awareness and to help focus the mind
Relaxation Techniques to allow the body and mind to unwind and recharge
Classes may also include some simple meditation or visualisation techniques to help you focus, relax, and to bring a deeper sense of connection with your deeper or higher self.
Yoga is a non-competitive practice and you are encouraged not to judge yourself against others, but rather to draw your awareness within and focus on enjoying your own practice. Nothing in my classes is compulsory and I always encourage everyone to rest as often as they wish, and miss out anything they don't feel is beneficial to them.
A non-slip Yoga Mat
Yoga blocks or a cushion to sit on
A non-stretchy yoga belt
A blanket
Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to stretch
I have some spare items to loan if needed (although I don't routinely carry mats so you would need to let me know in advance)
There is a small non refundable booking fee added at checkout.

Abusive or unkind behaviour towards teachers or students will not be tolerated either online or at classes, and Yoga North East reserves the right to cancel your booking if it is felt that your behaviour is inappropriate.
